This balance is NONREFUNDABLE. If the LESSEE(S) cancels the Event for any or no reason, LESSEE(S) shall forfeit any deposits or fees paid by LESSEE(S) prior thereto; such forfeitures shall be considered liquidated damages for time and costs incurred by Claverach and the loss of business opportunity and shall not be considered a penalty of any kind.
