A test kit will be mailed via USPS to your shipping address. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Schedule an initial consultation (new patients) or follow-up appointment (existing patients) to discuss results and recommendations. Please allow at least three weeks between the date you mail your test kit to the lab and your scheduled appointment to ensure I have received the lab results.
