Our menus are always based on the produce that we harvest that week. We source sustainably-raised meat from local purveyors. We also source sustainable, seasonal seafood such as fresh sardines, wild shrimp and King Salmon. But our menus are most inspired by whatever fruits and vegetables are growing the most beautifully in the field.
