Our menus change dinner by dinner to best reflect the produce we harvest that week. We source sustainably-raised meat from local purveyors. We also source sustainable, seasonal seafood such as fresh sardines, wild shrimp and King Salmon. But our menus are most inspired by whatever fruits and vegetables are growing the most beautifully in the field.

The menus below are from last year and are meant to give a sense of our style of food and reflect how each menu changes weekly and seasonally.
